Moor Park 10k & Junior Fun Runs
in aid of the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre
for cancer support & information at Mount Vernon Hospital
As a special 'thank you' to runners who took the trouble to raise money for the LJMC [through donations and/or sponsorship], we had two prize draws.
All runners had to do was raise a minimum of £10 for entry into the draw to win:
A year's family membership of the Riverside Health & Racquets Club was won by 10k runner Nila Lad
An iPod (donated by M&S Watford) was won by Junior Fun Runner Caroline Amer
Remember, every penny you raised goes directly towards the provision of the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre's services of support and information for people affected by cancer.
The 2009 event has raised more than £42,600 - thank you to everyone who contributed to this magnificent and record-breaking total.
