Race Day Instructions

Arrival by car

Please enter the school via the entrance in Sandy Lodge Lane and follow the car park signs. Please do not park in the school car parks unless instructed to do so.

Arrival by train

Please note: there will be no Metropolitan Line service between Wembley Park and Rickmansworth/Watford on Sunday. A replacement bus service will operate. See the TFL website for further information.

From Moor Park station, leave the station on the Sandy Lodge Lane side (ie, not the shops' side). Walk up past Sandy Lodge Golf Club. 400m along Sandy Lodge Lane, turn left into the school fields.

Changing facilities

Please come ready changed and leave your kit in your car. There will be limited changing facilities in the pavilion adjacent to the car park for those travelling by public transport. Baggage may be stored in the late entries/administration marquee.

Runner number & chip

Please take care of your runner number and electronic chip.

If you forget or lose your 10k chip, a replacement fee of £3.00 will be charged.

Please - if you find yourself unable to take part, return your chip in the prepaid envelope! The LJMC receives a substantial rebate for every chip returned.

Registration

There is no need to report your arrival on race day. However, if you haven't already entered, please make sure you arrive in plenty of time - there's always a queue for late entries.

Medical information

If you have any allergies or existing medical condition which may require special attention, eg, epilepsy, diabetes or a history of heart problems, please write brief details on the back of your race number in waterproof ink.

Aerobic Warm Up

There will be aerobic warm up sessions, led by staff from LA Fitness, approximately fifteen minutes before the start of the races for each age group.
