    DE Photo have been appointed as the Professional Sports Photographers for this event. This event, by its very nature, is in the public arena and when entering for the event the participant and, in the case of junior runners, their parents acknowledges this fact, which may result in the recording and publication of his/her image. All DE Photo photographers and staff have been CRB checked and the company operates a strict Child Protection Policy and Code of Ethics which can be viewed on their website.

Race Day Instructions

Arrival by car

Please enter the school via the entrance in Sandy Lodge Lane and follow the car park signs. Please do not park in the school car parks unless instructed to do so.

Arrival by train

Take the Metropolitan Line to Moor Park and leave the station on the Sandy Lodge Lane side (ie, not the shops' side). Walk up past Sandy Lodge Golf Club. 400m along Sandy Lodge Lane, turn left into the school fields.

Changing facilities

Please come ready changed and leave your kit in your car. There will be limited changing facilities in the pavilion adjacent to the car park for those travelling by public transport. Baggage may be stored in the late entries/administration marquee.

Runner number

Please take care of your runner number. Numbers for the 10k race have sensitive electronic chips on the back and should be treated with care.

If you forget or lose your 10k runner number, a replacement fee of £2.50 will be charged.

Registration

There is no need to report your arrival on race day. However, if you haven't already entered, please make sure you arrive in plenty of time - there's always a queue for late entries.

Aerobic Warm Up

There will be aerobic warm up sessions with Carole-Ann fifteen minutes before the start of the races for each age group.
