Face-painting by B&Q

Staff from B&Q, Watford are putting down their rollers and picking up their paintbrushes to provide the face-painting service at this year's 10k.

Heading up the team will be Karen Symons who has extensive experience in make-up for stage and screen. She'll be training some of her colleagues to recreate everyone's favourite characters.

So, as well as sponsoring the trophies for the older runners, B&Q is also making sure our younger participants are kept entertained.
