We've had a surge of runners registering to receive notification when entry opens for this year's event. As the weather improves and the days lengthen, we expect this number to grow.
As always, we hope to be able to open registration in time for the annual event that focuses national attention on running - the London Marathon - at the end of April.
Meanwhile, we are delighted to be able to report that the 2014 event raised nearly £50,000 which will go towards the services provided by the Lynda Jackson Macmillan Centre to support people affected by cancer. On behalf of the patients whom we support - 'thank you'.
We've already started planning for this year and hope we'll be seeing you again on Sunday 27 September. Meanwhile, happy running!
